Mazaya Holding needed to digitize procurement, internal communication, document control and building-maintenance work on the Microsoft 365 platform it already used.
The Challenge
Procurement and approvals ran across email and documents, the classic SharePoint version had data-threshold limits, and teams needed one intranet for news, events, projects and finding colleagues — including controlled access for external users.
Our Solution
DTS built the procurement application on SharePoint Online using SharePoint lists managed with JavaScript, jQuery and APIs, with approvals and email automated through Power Automate. Data-threshold limits were engineered around, a Power App handles building maintenance, and a modern intranet delivers news, events and people search — surfaced in Microsoft Teams through Viva Connections.
